Irene Celeste Graham

On July 9, 1928 my mother, Mamie Bomar was going cherry picking with her sister-in-law, Hallie Ward. Mom's plans changed, I was Born.

My father and mother were Albert and Mamie Bomar. I was one of the "Benson Babies" delivered by Dr. Benson in Fromberg, Montana.

I grew up in Fromberg, Montana and gradutaed school as Fromberg High School in 1946.

My oldest brother, Harold Orin Bomar was born May 2, 1926 and died by drowning May 2, 1928.

My younger brother, Irvin Levi Bomar was born Aug. 20, 1930. He married Josie Mitchell in England, who is now deceased. They have four children, two boys and two girls, and grandchildren.

He later married Linda and has two girls and several grandchildren and reside in Texas.

My sister Mildred, is married to Neil Cook, has four children and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

On Jan. 28, 1950, I married Elmer Graham. We made our home in Billings, Montana and raised four children in Lockwood area. Steven(Mary) Graham have three children and six grandchildren, Erlene(Robert) Jensvold have two children and three grandchildren, Randy Graham has four children, six grandchildren and one great grandchild, and Albert (Chris) Graham have three children and six grandchildren. Albert is deceased as of June 2015 and Elmer in January 2000 due to numerous health issues.

I experienced a varying work history-Veterans Administration, Clark Fork Valley Bank in Fromberg, hostess and cashier at the Muzzle Loader Cafe, Petroleum Products Company, sixteen years for the U.S. Senator, and ten years with U.S. Probation and Parole, retiring in 1999.

My retirement years were spent enjoying all my families. I love each and every one including all in-laws that came with the children and grandchildren. Goodbye and God Bless All.



Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mamie, Brother Harold Bomar, Son Albert Graham, Grandson Ricky Graham and Great grandson Ryley Steven Graham.

A graveside service will be held Thursday May 4, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Rockvale Cemetery. Condolences may be shared with the family by visiting
