The body of Lawrence Neal Saksa, the Roundup man who had been missing since July 18, was found Tuesday near Boyd by Carbon County Sheriff Josh McQuillan. Saksa was found less than 30 feet from Highway 212 amid marshland at MM 90. “It is an area you couldn’t see from the road,”
