There will be a flag disposal ceremony at the Elks Lodge on Broadway this Saturday, October 3, at 11 AM. The public is invited to attend.  If anyone has a flag that is torn, tattered, or otherwise too worn to display, please bring it to the ceremony on Saturday, or drop it off
