 On Friday, April 3, the Carbon County Commissioners, as defendants, filed their answer in District Court to the Silvertip Zoning District lawsuit. The lawsuit, an appeal, was filed by plaintiffs Jack and Bonnie Martinell and five other resident parties within the proposed district. The appeal
